Key Responsibilities:
- To install & configure networking LAN, WAN, VPN & Wireless knowledge switch, router ( Mikrotik,Firewall)
- Professional knowledge of VLAN, VTP, trunking protocol, inter VLAN routing.
- Must have knowledge about transmission network
- Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
- Attending customers’ complain and queries through phone calls, emails and other mediums.
- Ensuring appropriate technical assistance, network services, and solutions at customer ends in prompt and efficient manner.
- Prepare necessary reports and documents.
- Proactive and quick learner.
Qualifications
Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from any recognized university (preferably Major in Computer Science.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- Applicant Should have professional experience especially in ISP Operations.
- Advanced knowledge on Mikrotik, FTTH Devices, Cisco Switches and email communication.
Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Understand user technical requirements & network problems.
- Have sound knowledge of TCP / IP, Subnetting, Mail Server, FTP, MRTG, OLT, ONU.
- Switch & Router configure.
- Structured network cabling.
- Administration and maintenance of Mikrotik knowledge must.
